Children's books have always been my passion.
This blog project is important to me for three reasons.
First, as an aspiring children's author, it means that I'm constantly focused on reading fabulous children's books and looking at them from a variety of angles.
Second, as an elementary school teacher, I craved topic-related book lists that would align with the curriculum. I just never had the extra time to compile them.
Third, as a mom of two toddlers, I'm still looking for specific topics, only the themes are more basic: trucks, trains, airplanes. I'm really hoping the topics diversify into dogs, dinosaurs, or dentists pretty soon or I'll go crazy!
